Will my
information be protected?
The Privacy Act is in place to protect your
confidentiality and your rights as an individual. In
2People adheres strictly to the Privacy Act to ensure
your resume and information is kept confidential and is
not released to any source without your permission.
On
ALL occasions, In 2 People will discuss any employment
options with you and you have the final say as to
whether you wish for a possible future employer to see
your resume.
What
information is kept on file?
In
2 People will only retain information that is relevant
to you gaining employment opportunities. This may
include information such as your qualifications, past
employment history and name address and phone etc.
Sensitive information such as religious beliefs, sexual
preferences or similar are not relevant and are not kept
on record.
