Can I book a meeting with a consultant?

What information will I need to give the consultant?

Your consultant will guide you through a formal job description process and work closely with you to ensure that the right candidate can be found. Just to start, you will need to provide general information on the role, responsibilities, your expectations, the company culture and general salary information. Your consultant will work closely with you providing regular updates and ongoing information.

How long does it take to fill a job?

Once your consultant has commenced working on your positions an accurate estimation of the time will be provided. Individual company needs, candidate expectations and isolation factors will be taken into consideration when advising you of the time.

What is the guarantee?

All permanent placements made by In 2 People carry our three month guarantee from the date the candidate commences employment with your company, provided all invoices have been paid within the set period of time.

Can I extend the guarantee period?

Yes, you have the option to extend the guarantee period for your candidate.  Please ask your consultant for further details

Do you offer any additional services to ensure the success of the candidate?

Yes, we offer a range of psychological assessments as a tool in the recruitment process to help find the right person.  Our testing is conducted by an outside psychologist to ensure their independence and accuracy.

In 2 People also has the facility to organise pre employment medicals for your employee – the type of testing will depend on your individual requirements.

How many reference checks are completed?

Two Reference checks will be completed prior to the offer of employment.
